If you are traveling from out of town to participate in our running event, there are several options for staying nearby:

  • Ozone Hotel

We recommend booking your accommodations as early as possible to ensure availability.

How to Get There:

Our running event is located at Tokyo Hub, PIK 2, Jakarta Utara. Here are some
transportation options to get to the race venue:

  1. Driving – If you are driving to the event, please use the following address for directions: La Riviera PIK 2 | Kota Amsterdam. There is parking available Tokyo hub pik 2 at the race venue.
  2. Ride Sharing – Services such as Grab and Gocar are available in the area and can provide a convenient and reliable transportation option.
  3. Walking or Biking – For those who are staying nearby, walking or biking to the race venue may be a good option. Please be sure to follow all traffic laws and use designated paths and sidewalks.
  4. Shuttle Service – TBA
  5. Public Transportation – TBA

Please allow plenty of time to arrive at the race venue, as there may be heavy traffic on the event day.

Racepack Collection

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

All participants must collect their racepack prior to the event. Here are the details for the racepack collection:

Racepacks can be collected on:

  • Saturday, 28 October, 10:00-14:00
  • Sunday, 29 October, 10:00-14:00
  • Saturday, 04 November, 09:00-12:00

What’s included

Your racepack will include your race BIB, jersey, small pouch (and few other items.) Please be sure to check your racepack for accuracy and completeness.

What to bring

Please bring a copy of your registration email confirmation and a valid ID to collect your racepack.

If you are unable to collect your race pack in person, you may authorize someone else to
collect it on your behalf. They must bring:

  1. A signed letter of authorization (Surat Kuasa)
  2. Copy of participant’s ID & the representative ID
  3. Registration email confirmation

Dropbag

We offer a drop bag service for participants who wish to leave personal items at the race venue during the event. Here are the details for drop bag:

Location

The drop bag area will be located inside Tokyo Hub (is the same as the racepack collection area). Please look for the designated signage and staff.

What to pack

Please only pack essential items that you will need after the race. We recommend not to leave any valuable items or electronics in your bag.

Deposit and retrieval

Kindly hand your bag to our staff while presenting your BIB and our staff will tick the “drop bag” box on your BIB. After completing the race, you may retrieve your bag from the designated area by presenting your race BIB number. DO NOT put and/or take your bag by yourself.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in your drop bag.

Racepack

Terms and Conditions

By registering for our event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Participants must be 15 years or older to participate in the event. Participants under the age of 17 must have a parent or legal guardian to accompany them along the race.
  2. Participants must ensure they are physically fit and able to participate in the event. If you have any underlying medical conditions or injuries, please seek medical advice before registering for the event.
  3. Participants acknowledge that running and other activities associated with the event carry certain risks of injury, illness, or death. You agree to assume all risks and waive all claims against the event organizers, sponsors, partners, and volunteers for any injury, loss, or damage suffered during or after the event.
  4. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the event organizers reserve the right to retain all registration fees to cover incurred costs.
  5. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner during the event. Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification from the event and future events.
  6. By participating in the event, you consent to being photographed or videotaped during the event. The event organizers reserve the right to use any photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
  7. The event organizers are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes in the event of extreme weather, unforeseen circumstances, or government restrictions.
